Marta Arce Casas
Principal Psychologist, board approved supervisor
She/her
Hi my name is Marta, I am a 2e AuDHD psychologist passionate about neurodiversity and holistic wellbeing , which was my motivation to create Sonar Psychology & Wellbeing.
In my therapeutic work, I like working collaboratively with people (age 16+) using an intersectional, holistic, strength-based, integrative and affirming approach, supporting them to gain insight, make meaning of their experiences, form a capable, affirming and compassionate sense of identity, and build strategies that support them to live a meaningful life. I draw from therapies including ACT, affirmative person-centred, compassion focused, EMDR, mindfulness, schema, narrative and somatic.
My areas of work include neurodivergence (specially Autistic, ADHD, 2e, PDA) identity/self view, stress management, burnout recovery, managing perfectionism, rejection sensitivity, attachment, parenting, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, complex trauma and general wellbeing. I am committed to provide appropriate support for neurodivergent, LGBTQIASB+ and otherwise marginalised folk and continuously engage in specialised pertinent professional development.
I am also a psychology board approved supervisor, I like supporting provisional psychologists working towards general registration and psychologists wanting to develop neurodiversity affirming skills.
I am a member of the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA) , the Australian Association of Psychologists(AAPi) and a foundational member of The League of Autistic Psychologist and Affirming Colleagues (LOAPAC).
I also provide affirming Autism, ADHD and cognitive profile assessments for school age children, adolescents and adults.

Susanna Tiver
Provisional Psychologist
She/her
Hi there! My name is Susanna and I am a provisional psychologist here at Sonar Psychology & Wellbeing. I’m passionate about all things affirming care, and am committed to being a culturally-responsive and gender-affirming practitioner, with a strong focus on supporting neuro-divergent individuals and their families. I provide therapy and comprehensive assessments for children and adolescents under the supervision of principal psychologist, Marta Arce Casas.
I like to create a space that is both compassionate and playful, where children and teens can explore their identity and develop a deep appreciation for their unique selves. I’m passionate about helping young people better understand themselves, challenge harmful norms, and build practical tools needed to thrive in and out of the classroom. I also enjoy collaborating with families, schools, and other health professionals to provide holistic support.
I love forward to meeting you!
